FrostApps is a Canadian software startup based in Vancouver, British Columbia, founded in 2026 by Xavier Mercado and James Narvey. Inspired by their shared love of cinema and television, they created FrostApps with one goal: to build products that make discovering and enjoying entertainment a better experience.

We’re incredibly proud of our Canadian roots and excited to create thoughtful, user-friendly software right here in Vancouver.
